Plan:
- Gym everyday: one and a half hours in the morning.
- Elliptical programs: "Intervals" and "weight loss"
- combined total calories burned= 800+
3,500 cal= 1 lb
22,400/3,500= 6.4 (lbs) per month.
so in one month, on this gym regimen, I should expect to lose 6 lbs.
Here's hoping I have the will power and determination!

Well, you definitely have a better workout routine than me, lol. I just go running 2-5 times a week depending on how I feel. But you seem like a very proactive person, so don't lose that. It is quite the skill to have.
